Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Forklift Operator, Formula for our warehouse operations in the Springfield area. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move items, stock racks, and support efficient production flow.

Responsibilities include selecting and placing pallets, performing routine safety checks, and ensuring accuracy of inventory data. The role requires standing, lifting heavy items, and adapting to multi-temperature environments while maintaining GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment to move products.
• Locate proper slots and store/replenish items in designated areas.
• Perform safety checks and maintain equipment and work area.
• Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of inventory movements.
• Follow company safety policies and GMP guidelines.
