Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate, Forklift Operator, Non Formula to support its distribution network. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move freight, stock areas, and replenish pick slots while ensuring safety, GMP compliance, and product integrity.

Responsibilities include processing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate locations, and performing routine equipment checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Willing to pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Move, store and stage inbound freight to inventory.
• Replenish pick slots and ensure accuracy of stock levels.
• Inspect items for damage and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow GMP policies.
• Complete paperwork and reports at end of shift.
