Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a 1st shift Lift Operator to move and stage merchandise in a warehouse in York, PA. You will operate a reach truck to transport stock, track inventory on a handheld device, and rotate pallets safely for order fulfillment.

This full-time position offers paid training, weekly pay, and benefits from day one, plus career progression and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience on Reach Truck / Stand up forklift required.
• Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse.
• Accurately track inventory using a handheld computer and other technology.
• Stack and rotate merchandise, by hand or using equipment.
• Replenish pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Stage finished product in designated storage areas.
• Load and unload merchandise from trailers.
• Follow safety protocols for forklift operations.

Position Overview

As a FTA Incentive Lift Operator , you will transport merchandise to, from, and within the warehouse to put away, drop down, and rotate full pallets of stock through the warehouse inventory reserve racks using a stand-up forklift.

Job Description

• Earn $19 per hour - Plus incentive pay when you graduate training!
• Day Shift - 630am start until done
• 4 day work week - multiple schedules available
• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Operating a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology
• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment
• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Staging finished product in designated storage areas
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers
• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
