Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Freezer Incentive Lift Operator to support our warehouse operations, replenishing slots, staging finished product, and moving merchandise with a stand up forklift or reach truck.

This full-time, first-shift role in York, PA offers paid training, weekly pay and benefits from day one, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork to meet customer orders in a fast-paced cold environment. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience on reach truck/stand up forklift required.
• Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard safety procedures.
• Team-oriented outlook with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand up forklift/reach truck to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse.
• Accurately track inventory using a handheld computer and other necessary technology.
• Stack and rotate merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment.
• Replenish pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Stage finished product in designated storage areas.
• Load and unload merchandise from trailers.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures for forklift operation.
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels.

Position Overview

Freezer Incentive Lift Operators help support this mission by replenishing product levels to ensure items can be easily accessed in the warehouse. These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation.

Job Description

• Earn $19/hour + Incentive pay when you graduate!
• Full time, 1st shift - 6am start until done
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday (overtime as required)
• 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York PA

You will contribute by:

• Operating a stand up forklift/reach truck to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology
• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment
• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Staging finished product in designated storage areas
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers
• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
