Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a Full-time FTA Incentive Lift Operator to transport merchandise within the warehouse using a stand-up forklift. The role requires operating a Hi Lo Reach Truck, accurate inventory tracking with a handheld device, and adherence to safety procedures.

Training is provided with incentive pay during and after training. The position offers day shifts, a 4-day work week on multiple schedules, and benefits from day-one, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

• Experience on Reach Truck / Stand up forklift required.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology
• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment
• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Staging finished product in designated storage areas
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers
• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

As a FTA Incentive Lift Operator , you will transport merchandise to, from, and within the warehouse to put away, drop down, and rotate full pallets of stock through the warehouse inventory reserve racks using a stand-up forklift.

Job Description

• Earn $19 per hour - Plus incentive pay when you graduate training!
• Day Shift - 630am start until done
• 4 day work week - multiple schedules available
• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Operating a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
