Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator in York, PA to support warehouse operations. The role emphasizes safe handling, accurate inventory checks, and efficient replenishment to meet customer orders.

The position offers night shifts with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Training is provided, with potential for career progression within ES3’s logistics network.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience on Reach Truck / Stand up forklift required.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Hi-Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Accurately track inventory using a handheld device and other tech.
• Stack and rotate merchandise, by hand or with equipment.
• Replenish pick slots and production lines to ensure timely orders.
• Stage finished product in designated storage areas.
• Load and unload merchandise from trailers.
• Follow all forklift safety protocols and SOPs.

Position OverviewKeep our communities fed.

Forklift Operators help support this mission by replenishing product levels to ensure items can be easily accessed in the warehouse. These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation.

• Earn $19 per hour - Plus incentive pay when you graduate training!

• Night Shift - Wednesday - Midnight to 6:30am; Thursday, Friday & Saturday 6:30pm - 6:30am

• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Operating a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse

• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology

• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment

• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders

• Staging finished product in designated storage areas

• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers

• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse

• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift

• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more

• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead

• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height

• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
