Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a dedicated FTA Loader to support grocery warehouse operations in York, PA. This full-time role starts at 7am on the first shift, with weekend requirements and overtime as needed. You will load orders onto trailers, operate electric pallet jacks, and help ensure safe, accurate deliveries to local stores.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing electric pallet jacks and other equipment
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers and securing pallets
• Performing equipment inspections and completion of appropriate forms
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

Job Description

• Earn $19 per hour + Incentive pay when you graduate training!
• Full Time - 1st Shift - 7am start until done (4 - 10s)
• Schedule will require at least one weekend shift
• Overtime / 5th day required as needed
• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing electric pallet jacks and other equipment
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
