Job summary

ES3, LLC is hiring for a forklift operator to support warehouse operations and inventory control at a York, PA location. The role involves operating a Reach Truck/Hi Lo, stocking and moving materials, and loading/unloading shipments to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

Training is provided, and benefits start early. A safety-conscious, team-driven candidate with 1+ years of material handling experience is preferred for this critical logistics role.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience on Reach Truck / Stand up forklift required.
• Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard safety procedures.
• Team-oriented outlook with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse.
• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology.
• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment.
• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Staging finished product in designated storage areas.
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers.
• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse.
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels.

Job Description

• Earn $19 per hour - Plus incentive pay when you graduate training!
• Night Shift - Wednesday - Midnight to 6:30am; Thursday, Friday & Saturday 6:30pm - 6:30am
• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Operating a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
