Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a Flow Through Area Generalist to support warehouse operations on the 3rd shift in York, PA. You will move product from the Automation area to staging, inspect items for damage, apply shipping labels when needed, and perform required equipment inspections to keep processes running smoothly.

One or more years of material handling equipment experience, a strong safety mindset, and a team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience operating material handling equipment (Forklift & Electric Pallet Jack).
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow standard procedures.
• Team-oriented outlook with a passion for helping others.
• Desire to work with a team to support community-focused causes.
• Ability to follow all material handling equipment safety SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Move product from Automation area to staging for loading.
• Inspect product to ensure no damages.
• Verify correct product and apply shipping labels when needed.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete required forms.
• Occasionally lift varying case weights and heights.

Position Overview

FTA (Flow Through Area) Generalists help support this mission by moving product from our automation area and staging it in the warehouse for loading. These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation.

Job Description

• Earn $18 per hour
• Full Time - 3rd shift
• Wednesday Midnight - 6:30am & Thursday, Friday, Saturday 630pm-630am
• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing a sit down forklift to move product from the Automation (ACP) area to the staging areas in the warehouse for loading
• Completing inspection of product to ensure no damages
• Verifying correct product and applying shipping labels when needed.
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

What’s a great way to stay in shape?

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
