Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician for full‑time shifts. You will perform floor care tasks such as strip/wax, scrub/recoat, and seal/grout in assigned areas, while maintaining safety standards.

This role also involves cleaning floors, moving items, and following chemical handling guidelines. The position requires physical work, lifting up to 49 pounds, and reading safety documents; benefits are available for full‑time staff across locations.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions in English (Spanish may be provided where required).
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination and ability to lift/move objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, and seal/grout on designated areas.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non‑carpeted floors.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
