Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings to join our Warehouse Floor Technician crew in Suffolk, VA. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and helping make an impact on safety in the workplace, this is the job for you.

Work schedule varies across days/nights, including weekends, with starting pay of $18 per hour. As a Warehouse Floor Technician, you will perform floor care duties such as extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, carpet

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to operate janitorial equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Comfort with reading and following safety instructions (English).

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks including extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, and seal/grout.
• Clean carpets and floors using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and stairways.
• Move large furniture safely and follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Report needed repairs or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment as needed.
• Maintain organized janitor closet.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
