Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician in Kentucky to maintain floors, perform cleaning tasks, and support safety in a busy facility.

This full-time role offers nights and weekends, a starting pay of $17.00 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with match, paid time off, and other employee programs aimed at reliability and growth.

Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds each.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 15–25 pounds.
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists.
• Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance instructions (English; Spanish where required).
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet, and wrist motion.
• KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for clocking in/out.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout, etc.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects and follow safety guidelines to prevent injury.
• Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized.
• Follow manufacturer specifications for chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure doors/windows are secure and locked.
• Report to Supervisor needed repairs or safety hazards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Operate janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies as needed.
