Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an energetic Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Operations Group at the Lutterworth facility. You will coach a multi-client warehouse team, champion a safety-first culture, and raise operational standards across a high-volume site to ensure accurate, on-time customer orders.

You will lead daily planning, supervise end-to-end warehouse activities, and maintain inventory integrity while collaborating with transport partners and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse supervisory or first-line management position within a fast-paced logistics or 3PL environment.
• Strong knowledge of core warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, stock control, and risk management practices.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Daily Planning: prepare shift plans, allocate resources, and provide coaching to warehouse operatives.
• Operational Execution: supervise inbound, outbound, stock movement, and value-added activities to meet productivity targets.
• Inventory & Quality Control: monitor KPI performance and inventory accuracy, drive process improvements.
• Safety & Compliance: lead safety inspections, fire alarm tests, and incident investigations.
• Stakeholder Communication: act as liaison between warehouse, transport partners, and customer service for shift handovers.
