Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Warehousing & Logistics Shift Manager to lead daily shift operations and safeguard our customers' physical assets. You will empower your team to maintain high quality standards while optimizing productivity and driving improvements.

The role requires several years in shift supervision within a fast-paced warehouse environment, deep knowledge of WMS, and proven leadership. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Several years of experience in shift management or supervision in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and KPI tracking.
• Proven leadership with coaching and building engaged teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily shift operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet service levels.
• Develop operational teams through coaching and mentorship to ensure safety and quality.
• Plan daily staffing and monitor KPIs; manage shift costs to meet demand.
• Maintain safety and compliance through inspections and adherence to protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement by addressing bottlenecks and implementing practical changes.
