Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions seeks a reliable Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving, shipping, storage, inventory accuracy, and picking across our supply chain. This role covers raw materials to final product shipments and may include travel between facilities.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, documentation, packing for shipment, and adherence to DOT/IATA and SOPs. Overtime nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or technical office experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Ability to obtain Hazardous Materials certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to use enterprise systems (e.g., D365, Veeva, Trackwise).

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trucks; verify BOL/packslip accuracy and assess for damages.
• Properly pack materials for shipment, including use of FedEx/UPS systems.
• Complete accurate documentation for shipping, receiving, and batch dispensing activities.
• Investigate and adjust orders for shortages or damages as needed.
• Follow regulations including DOT, IATA, and internal SOPs.
• Maintain compliance for shipping, receiving, storage, and transport of materials including hazardous goods.
• Perform cycle counts, temperature monitoring, work order picking, ERP transactions, and material storage.
• Operate PIT and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Respond to environmental chamber alarms and support multi-site demands.
• Drive company trucks to move materials between warehouses and facilities.
