Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking a reliable Warehouse Coordinator/Driver for the 3rd shift to support receiving, shipping, storage and inventory accuracy across our supply chain.

This role covers Raw Materials, Finished Product and Production Support areas, may involve traveling between facilities and occasional overtime, and requires operating PIT equipment and maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or technical office experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Hazardous Materials certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with enterprise systems (D365, Veeva, Trackwise).

Responsibilities

• Shipping & receiving duties including loading/unloading trucks and damage checks.
• Inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and temperature monitoring.
• Operate PIT equipment safely and support multiple sites.
• Complete shipping, receiving, and batch documentation accurately.
• Drive company trucks and manage safe transport of materials.
