Job summary

Simtra US LLC is seeking a reliable Warehouse Coordinator in Bloomington, IN to support receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory accuracy across our supply chain. You will handle material movement from receipt to shipment, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1 year of warehouse experience, forklift operation, and the ability to obtain HazMat certification. Strong MS Office and ERP skills (D365, Veeva, Trackwise) are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse or technical office experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Ability to obtain Hazardous Materials certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to use enterprise systems (e.g., D365, Veeva, Trackwise).

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trucks; verify BOL/pack slip accuracy and assess for damages.
• Pack materials for shipment, including use of FedEx/UPS systems.
• Document shipping, receiving, and batch dispensing activities accurately.
• Investigate and adjust orders for shortages or damages.
• Follow DOT, IATA, and internal SOPs.
• Maintain compliance for shipping, receiving, storage and transport of materials, including hazardous goods.
• Perform cycle counts, temperature monitoring, ERP transactions, and material storage.
• Operate PIT equipment safely.
• Drive company trucks between warehouses at correct temperatures.
• Prepare dangerous goods documentation (BOLs).
• Use barcode scanning equipment for all transactions.
