Simtra BioPharma Solutions (Simtra) is seeking a reliable Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving, shipping, storage, inventory accuracy, and picking across our Bloomington, IN supply chain. The role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient material movement from raw materials to final product shipment.

Assignments may vary by warehouse area (Raw Materials, Finished Product, Production Support). Some travel between facilities and overtime are required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or technical office experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Must obtain Hazardous Materials certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to use enterprise systems (e.g., D365, Veeva, Trackwise).

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: verify BOL/packslip accuracy; pack materials for shipment; complete shipping/receiving documentation.
• Warehouse Operations: perform cycle counts, temperature monitoring, ERP transactions, storage; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Truck Driving & Material Transport: drive company trucks; daily vehicle inspections; maintain logs; handle dangerous goods docs.
