Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a reliable Warehouse Coordinator in Bloomington, IN to support receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory accuracy across our supply chain. You will help ensure safe, compliant material movement from raw materials to final product shipments, with some travel between facilities and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, accurate document control, material packaging, and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or technical office experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Ability to obtain Hazardous Materials certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to use enterprise systems (e.g., D365, Veeva, Trackwise).

Responsibilities

• Safely load/unload trucks, verify BOL/packslip accuracy, and assess for damages.
• Package materials for shipment using FedEx/UPS systems and complete shipping documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts and ERP transactions.
• Operate PIT equipment safely and respond to environmental chamber alarms.
• Drive company trucks between warehouses as needed and maintain vehicle logs.
