Job summary

Alcon in Fort Worth is hiring for an Operator I, Warehouse & Distribution Operations. This para-professional role supports the movement, storage, and shipment of materials with emphasis on inventory accuracy, quality compliance, and safe equipment operation.

You will handle receiving, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counts, and use RF devices and WMS. A High School Diploma and English fluency are required, with 1st shift, onsite responsibilities and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution or logistics experience.
• Experience using warehouse management systems.
• Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle operational and material handling activities within warehouse and distribution environments.
• Optimize storage space and material flow while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Manage inventory transactions and support shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.
• Operate warehouse equipment and material handling devices, including certified equipment.
