Job summary

Alcon's Oak Grove site seeks an Operator I for Warehouse & Distribution Operations to support movement, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods. You will contribute to inventory accuracy and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the Supply Chain team, you will operate forklifts, use RF devices, and follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines, while maintaining a safe, clean workspace. This role is onsite in Texas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 6:00 AM–3:00 PM CST; occasional overtime

Responsibilities

• Handle operational and material handling activities within warehouse and distribution environments
• Optimize storage space and material flow while maintaining safety and efficiency
• Manage inventory transactions and support shipping, receiving, and distribution
• Operate warehouse equipment and obtain required certification
• Maintain records and documentation per SOPs, cGMP, and cGDP
