Alcon is seeking an Operator II in Warehouse & Distribution Operations at our Houston, TX site. This role focuses on complex warehouse tasks, storage optimization, and coordinating inbound/outbound logistics to ensure efficient product flow and compliance with SOPs.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, English proficiency, and experience with forklifts, RF systems, and SAP. The schedule features rotating 12-hour shifts, onsite work, and strong safety and quality emphasis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluent reading/writing/understanding of English
• Experience with warehouse operations preferred

Responsabilités

• Handle complex manual or operational tasks to ensure smooth processes
• Optimize storage space and material flows
• Coordinate and execute inbound and outbound logistics activities with warehouses and other parties
• Operate equipment and make minor decisions as needed
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain accurate documentation for quality control
• Support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
