Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Distribution / Warehouse Associate (Technician 2) at our Johns Creek, GA facility. You will support the Material Distribution team with manual and clerical shipping/receiving duties, using RF scanners and warehouse systems, while adhering to cGMP, cGDP and SOP standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma, English proficiency, and availability for 1st shift hours (6:30am–3pm) with possible weekend overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Fluent reading/writing/listening in English.
• Shift: 1st shift; Mon-Fri; 6:30am-3pm with occasional overtime on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and train on automated equipment as needed.
• Coordinate inbound replenishment with the inbound team.
• Assist in workload leveling and order allocation.
• Perform RF-based picking, replenishment, and inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory integrity and a clean, compliant work area.
