Alcon is seeking an Operator I for Warehouse & Distribution Operations in Fort Worth, TX. This onsite role supports inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping with a focus on accuracy and safety. 1st shift hours are 6:00 AM CST – 3:00 PM CST, with occasional overtime as business needs require.

Responsibilities include handling materials, operating forklifts, using WMS/RF devices, and maintaining compliant records. A high school diploma and English proficiency are required.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics preferred.
• PIT certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Must read and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Handle operational and material handling activities within warehouse and distribution environments to ensure efficient and accurate processes.
• Optimize storage space and material flow while maintaining safety, organization, and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory transactions and support shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.
• Operate warehouse equipment and material handling devices, including equipment requiring certification.
• Follow established procedures and work instructions while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain compliant documentation under cGMP/cGDP guidelines where applicable.
