Job summary

Alcon’s Fort Worth site is hiring an Operator I, Production Technical Operations (Para-Professional & Support Path) to perform manual and operational tasks in production. You will set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to meet product specs and schedules, while ensuring quality and compliance.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and fluency in English, with a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm–11:00pm CST) at onsite Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections to verify materials, components, and finished products meet quality standards.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations for alignment with objectives.
• Adhere to GxP regulations and SOPs to ensure compliance and documentation integrity.
