Job summary

Canon Business Process Services is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain SAP WM and MM inventory accuracy in South Carolina. You will enter, track, and validate data to support nightly cycle counts and reporting.

Responsibilities include organizing work orders, creating requisitions, resolving discrepancies, and preparing KPI reports. A High School diploma and SAP experience are required; strong Excel and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year SAP MM/WM experience preferred.
• Knowledge of materials distribution and logistics processes.
• Strong data entry and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Enter, track, and maintain inventory data in SAP WM/MM.
• Organize and validate incoming work orders and reporting in SAP.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions, delivery docs, pick tickets, cycle counts and KPI reports.
• Troubleshoot orders, receipts, discrepancies and other transactional issues.
• Assist warehouse with order issues, returns, and nonconforming products.
