Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of CSR experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Processes customer orders and receipts and generates related paperwork.
• Responds to customer inquiries and complaints and takes action to meet needs.
• Coordinates receiving and shipping with customers, departments and carriers.
• Works with warehouse associates and ensures accuracy of information.
• Communicates politely and promptly, supporting LEAN initiatives and safety policies.
• Follows up on shipments, returns and inventory status with customers.
• Reports safety concerns and participates in training as required.
