Job summary

Custom Goods, LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide first-level customer service for internal and external clients. You will work with the warehouse management system to track orders, ensure data accuracy, and communicate between customers and facility staff.

The role involves processing client orders, coordinating carrier communications, and maintaining account records, with daily reporting and billing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years related experience.
• Experience in distribution/fulfillment environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and WMS systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including processing client orders and receipts.
• Communicate with customers by phone or email to provide information and support.
• Maintain data integrity in company systems and complete daily reports.
• Handle billing questions and prepare shipping documents as needed.
• Track orders, respond to inquiries, and update customers on status.
• Assist with cross training and provide department support as assigned.
• Prepare work orders, bills of lading, packing lists and barcode labels.
