Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and related paperwork accurately and timely.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and resolve issues.
• Coordinate receiving and shipping with customers, carriers and warehouse teams.
• Communicate order status, shipping dates and delays by phone or email.
• Maintain and file shipping documents and reports.
• Assist with inventory variance research and safety compliance.
