Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate in San Jose, CA. The role is a full-time position with potential temp-to-hire, focusing on inventory control, cycle counts, and accurate record-keeping.

You will support loading/unloading, organize tools and parts, and coordinate shipments with multiple carriers. The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of warehousing experience, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and comfort with warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory control, logistics, or a related maintenance environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with warehouse systems and documenting inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading of company vehicles.
• Perform cycle counts and support accurate inventory tracking.
• Manage parts and supplies inventory for the warehouse and vehicle fleet.
• Receive, organize, label, and track tools, parts, and materials.
• Maintain accurate inspection and inventory records using internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, vendor deliveries).
• Keep warehouse and shop areas organized, safe, and clean.
• Collaborate with teams on special projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional work environment.
