Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in general office tasks, including telephone etiquette and computer skills in customer service.
• MS Office, specifically Word & Excel.
• Strong numerical skills, including accurate counting and basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Input data in Warehouse Management applications with meticulous care.
• Process and input customer orders with accuracy.
• Generate outbound orders and check inventory for availability.
• Prepare all paperwork and note any special requests for orders.
• Collaborate with operations to fulfill urgent shipping requests promptly.
• Handle inbound receipts and prepare customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Maintain damage records and manage returned merchandise records.
• Provide professional responses to phone calls and emails.
• Operate office machines and computers to perform duties.
• Oversee paperwork and maintain organized files for easy retrieval.
• Prepare and compile reports as instructed by management.
• Maintain a clean, organized office to support efficient workflow.
• Build excellent relationships with customers and colleagues by addressing inquiries promptly.
• Report customer feedback to management, noting any signs of dissatisfaction.
