Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Wagner Logistics, you'll be the face of our company, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your role involves promptly and courteously responding to inquiries, efficiently processing orders, and skillfully handling any complaints that may arise. Additionally, you'll take charge of vital administrative tasks like precise data entry, managing phone calls, coordinating appointments, and supporting various clerical duties as needed. Join our team and become integral to our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Shift: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm with additional hours/weekends/holidays as needed
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Utilise Warehouse Management applications to input data meticulously.
  • Efficiently process and input customer orders while ensuring accuracy.
  • Generate outbound orders and meticulously check inventory for product availability.
  • Prepare all essential paperwork and gather necessary information for customer orders, meticulously noting any special requests.
  • Collaborate with operations personnel to fulfill special or urgent shipping requests promptly and effectively.
  • Handle inbound receipts with precision and prepare customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain meticulous damage records and manage the record-keeping process for returned merchandise.
  • Provide professional and courteous responses to phone calls and emails, reflecting a solid business acumen.
  • Operate office machines and computers proficiently to execute duties effectively.
  • Oversee all paperwork associated with orders, maintaining organized files for easy retrieval.
  • Prepare and compile reports as instructed by management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Uphold a clean and well-organized office environment to facilitate efficient workflow.
  • Foster excellent relationships with customers and colleagues by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving complaints courteously and efficiently.
  • Report customer feedback promptly and comprehensively to management, including any signs of dissatisfaction.
What You Need

B. Experience: Minimum of one year of direct experience in a similar position.

C. Knowledge/Experience/Skills:

  • Proficiency in general office tasks, including telephone etiquette and computer skills in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring clear and concise interactions.
  • MS Office, specifically Word & Excel.
  • Strong numerical skills, including accurate counting and basic math calculations.
  • Legible handwriting and organizational prowess for effective task management and multitasking.
  • Capability to comprehend written policies and procedures and follow oral instructions accurately.
  • Adaptability to evolving operational demands and customer needs.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
