Job summary

Wagner Logistics in Portland, OR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our company, handling inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with clerical tasks to support operations.

You will use warehouse management software, input data accurately, maintain records, and communicate with customers and colleagues to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. This role offers M-F 8am-4:30pm with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Input data in Warehouse Management systems with accuracy.
• Process customer orders and check product availability.
• Generate outbound orders and verify inventory levels.
• Prepare paperwork and gather information for orders, noting special requests.
• Collaborate with operations to fulfill urgent shipping requests.
• Handle inbound receipts and prepare customer invoices promptly.
• Maintain damage records and manage records for returned merchandise.
• Provide courteous responses to calls and emails reflecting professionalism.
• Operate office equipment effectively to perform duties.
• Maintain organized files and prepare reports as instructed by management.
• Keep the office environment clean and well organized.
