Job summary

Vantage Elevation in Santa Fe Springs, CA, is hiring a Warehouse & Customer Service Team Lead. The role leads daily warehouse ops, drives safety, and ensures excellent customer service for in-person, phone, and email customers.

The position requires 3+ years in warehousing or customer service, familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. It offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or GED diploma, associate's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or customer service focused role.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Infor VISUAL is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch warehouse operations and promote a safety-first culture.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to associates on priorities, workload and workflow.
• Deliver outstanding customer service for walk-in, phone and email customers.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging and material movement.
• Support inventory control, MRP, purchasing and replenishment activities.
• Coordinate with other units to resolve order, delivery, inventory, quality and data issues.
• Assist onboarding, training, and development of team members; reinforce processes.
• Escalate concerns to management when needed; act as facilities manager as required.
• Support other locations and company initiatives, including occasional travel.
