Vantage Elevation, LLC is seeking a Warehouse & Customer Service Team Lead to join our Regional Service Center in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Lead daily warehouse activities, ensure inventory accuracy, and deliver outstanding customer service across walk-in, phone, and email channels.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Prior elevator industry exposure is a plus, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or GED diploma; associate's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field would be a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or customer service focused role.
• Experience in the elevator industry is a strong asset.
• Ability to coordinate work, set priorities, and provide clear direction to others.
• Familiarity with MRP and ERP systems; Infor VISUAL is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch warehouse management and safety culture.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction on priorities and workflow.
• Deliver outstanding customer service for walk-in, phone, and email customers.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement.
• Ensure product availability and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support inventory control, MRP, purchasing, and replenishment activities.
• Coordinate with other Vantage units to resolve order, delivery, and data issues.
• Assist with onboarding and training of team members.
