Job summary

Vantage Elevation, LLC seeks a Warehouse & Customer Service Associate for the Santa Fe Springs site. You will manage inventory, process orders, and assist customers in person and by phone while coordinating with multiple sites to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires at least one year in warehousing or customer service, a high school diploma, basic MS Office and ERP familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Spanish bilingualism is preferred to support our diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or GED diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or customer service focused role.
• Experience in the elevator industry is a strong asset.
• Experience with ERP/office software; forklift handling preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management: maintain organized warehouse operations and inventory levels, cycle counts.
• Provide outstanding customer service in-person and over the phone; process orders.
• Enter orders and use ERP to track receipts, transfers and shipments.
• Coordinate between sites to ensure smooth flow of jobs and stock.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and adherence to safety protocols.
