Agile Cold Storage in West Seneca, NY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, coordinate shipments, and support invoicing. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and basic math tests.

As part of a warehouse operations team, you will use a Dock Management System, enter orders, and provide coverage for colleagues while maintaining safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service Experience or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Internet.
• Strong attention to detail and a pleasant, cooperative attitude under pressure.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints concerning work-orders, shipments, inventory, etc.
• Schedule inbound and outbound appointments within the DMS (Dock Management System).
• Coordinate between customers, brokers, freight forwarders and warehouse operations for invoicing and inventory.
• Ensure proper invoicing by processing and verifying invoices.
• Generate paperwork for customer work orders, respond to special requests, track orders.
• Review order details for compliance with company policies.
• Research issues, obtain supporting paperwork, get approvals and process credits/debits.
• Provide clerical support and cover for teammates; greet visitors.
• All other duties as assigned.
