Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for customers at the Welcome Center. The CSR manages communications, maintains schedules, processes paperwork, and supports shipping and receiving in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating with carriers and drivers, processing schedules and documents with accuracy, signing in drivers, and reporting discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate appointment schedules, status updates, and issue resolutions to customers and team members.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel for dock and yard activities.
