Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Welcome Center and Customer Service Office to be the first point of contact for clients and staff. You will manage communications, schedules and paperwork, and support both shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic math and reading skills; attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate appointment schedules, status updates and issue resolutions.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers and warehouse personnel for dock activities.
• Process inbound/outbound schedules using WMS and standard software.
• Prepare and verify shipping and receiving documents; ensure accuracy.
• Sign drivers in/out and manage dock/yard reports.
