R.E. Michel Company is seeking a Warehouse/Counter Service associate in Hermitage, PA. The role supports branch operations, handles customer service, invoicing, and loading items for customer deliveries.

Responsibilities include order accuracy, safe equipment operation, and contributing to a clean, organized branch. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth within a leading HVACR distributor.

Qualifications

• Provide fast and friendly customer service by following company standards.
• Excellent verbal communication with customers and the public.
• Demonstrated proficiency while operating a computer and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service by following "Customer First" standards, in person or over the telephone.
• Operate MHE safely and load items for delivery.
• Process invoices, CODs, and other paperwork accurately.
• Make deliveries to customer locations and assist primary driver as needed.
• Ensure products leaving the branch are billed and payments collected.
• Unload deliveries and stock items in the warehouse and maintain clean facilities.
