R.E. Michel Company in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Warehouse/Counter Service associate for full-time, non-exempt work. You will handle customer service, order pulling, invoicing, and coordination of deliveries with a strong safety focus.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, processing payments, and maintaining warehouse organization. Preference given to candidates with knowledge of HVAC parts and experience with Prophet 21.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and clear verbal communication.
• Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills for handling customers in person or by phone.
• Experience using a computer and Prophet 21 for transactions and invoicing.
• Ability to read invoices, catalogs, stock numbers and descriptions to locate items.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service following the Customer First standard.
• Greet customers and ensure commitments are met or exceeded.
• Pull orders from warehouse and load into delivery trucks or for pickup.
• Prepare invoices, CODs and related paperwork accurately.
• Process customer payments and follow money handling procedures.
• Process returns and warranties on the same day received.
• Operate and maintain MHE safely, including forklifts.
• Keep warehouse and yard clean and organized.
