R.E. Michel Company, LLC is seeking a Counter Sales 1 to join our Reading, PA branch. In this role you will assist customers, locate items, process invoices, and handle payments, while supporting delivery and loading tasks.

You will use Prophet 21 software, maintain the showroom, and ensure accurate paperwork. A friendly demeanor and strong basic math skills help you excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication with the public and/or customers.
• Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills to service customers in the branch, on the telephone or at the delivery site.
• Proficiency operating a computer and Prophet 21.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service by following "Customer First" standards, in person or over the telephone.
• Greet customers as they enter the branch and ensure commitments meet/exceed expectations.
• Enter customer orders in system on the same day the order is received and bill all product leaving the branch.
