Qualifications

• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Ability to train and mentor staff on Lean tools and problem-solving.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI initiatives across warehouse operations, inbound/outbound, inventory control, and material handling.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, RCA, and structured problem-solving for sustainable gains.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, service, and cost.
• Partner with leadership to implement standardized work processes and best practices.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees on Lean principles and tools.
• Conduct process and value stream mapping and time studies to identify waste and improve efficiency.
• Support implementation of new systems, automation, and process changes within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and safety requirements in improvement initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate strategic projects focused on operational excellence and business performance.
• Manage CI project pipeline from intake to execution and tracking.
• Apply structured project management to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Drive change management for successful adoption of improvements.
• Collaborate with Planning, Customer Service, Operations, and other functions to improve end-to-end processes.
• Identify CI opportunities beyond warehouse operations to support broader objectives.
• Provide governance, performance reporting, and leadership updates across concurrent initiatives.
