Baltimore Aircoil Company in Dayton, TN is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the plant's CI program on the manufacturing floor, driving structured problem solving and sustaining standardized improvements.

You will partner with operations and support functions to convert business needs into measurable results, coaching teams and developing CI capability across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership in plant-wide continuous improvement.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deploy the plant CI strategy aligned with safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and overhead.
• Identify constraints and translate gaps into a prioritized CI roadmap with clear owners.
• Lead improvement initiatives from problem definition through sustainment using DMAIC/Kaizen.
• Maintain shop-floor presence; coach teams through structured problem solving.
• Use Lean methods to improve flow, OEE, inventory, and value-stream performance.
• Establish daily management systems linking takt, performance, and results.
• Develop CI Engineers and Technicians with coaching and project ownership.
• Ensure CI projects have baselines, targets, milestones, and sustainment plans.
• Communicate CI priorities and project status with stakeholders.
