Job summary

Bosch Power Tools West Memphis is seeking a Lean Continuous Improvement Coordinator to drive operational excellence on the warehouse floor. You will lead 5S and LPC programs, run A3-based improvement projects, and coach teams on Lean principles and standard work.

You will develop WPIs, support performance metrics, and partner with facility leaders to sustain cost reductions and efficiency gains. The role emphasizes hands-on, cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Industrial Technology, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and Lean experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain 5S and LPC programs with audits and reporting.
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects using A3 and BPS tools to reduce waste and costs.
• Train and coach teams on Lean, standard work, and continuous improvement.
• Review SmartLocker Vision reports and communicate RF device status to leaders.
