Job summary

Staples Stockton is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our world-class supply chain team. You may work in one of six areas including bulk/material handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, and shipping, with the possibility to move between roles as needed.

The role requires basic English, the ability to lift 70–100 pounds, pass a drug screen, and work overtime when necessary. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar equipment while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Minimum three months of warehouse experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work overtime for business needs.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds by hand and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move products safely.
• Support six functional areas: bulk, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, shipping.
• Ensure accurate product handling and communicate effectively with teammates.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety procedures.
• Assist with loading/unloading and organizing customer orders.
