Job summary

Staples is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support six roles across our warehouse, with shifts from 12:00pm to 8:30pm, Monday–Friday. The role includes pay-for-performance and potential movement between SC2 and SC1 roles as needed.

You will operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety procedures while collaborating with teammates to meet daily targets. Staples offers full-time benefits and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to lift, push or pull boxes weighing 70–100 pounds by hand.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks) to move products up to 100 lbs.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Receive, putaway, and returns processing while ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Package and shrink-wrap customer orders, load trucks, and maintain a clean workspace.
