Job summary

Staples is seeking Warehouse Associates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Roles include Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, and Shipping. Training provided; opportunities to move between SC2 and SC1 roles based on business needs.

Position requires the ability to operate forklifts and other equipment, lift up to 100 lbs, and maintain safety standards. Full-time and part-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months related warehouse experience or equivalent training/education/experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen as legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work overtime beyond scheduled shift for full-time associates.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Must lift/move 70–100 lbs by hand and wear safety shoes.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) to move products up to 100 lbs.
• Perform warehouse duties such as cleaning and basic maintenance as required.
• Replenish and receive shipments, verify product accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Assist in packing, palletizing, and organizing orders for shipping.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues to resolve issues and ensure accurate shipments.
• Be adaptable to moving between SC2 and SC1 roles as needed.
