Job summary

Staples is seeking a warehouse associate to support multiple areas within our warehouse operations. You may shift between roles such as bulk handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, and shipping while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

The role requires operating forklifts and other equipment, lifting up to 100 lbs, and standing/walking extensively. We offer competitive pay and benefits for full-time and part-time teammates, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• If hired as a Full-Time associate, must be able to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift, push or pull boxes weighing 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick and move product up to 100 lbs.
• Work across multiple warehouse roles (bulk, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, shipping).
• Confirm product accuracy and address discrepancies with colleagues.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts to resolve issues.
• Load trucks manually and shrink-wrap customer orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety procedures.
