Job summary

Staples is seeking Warehouse Associate candidates to support multiple zones within our Stockton facility. You may rotate through Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping while upholding safety procedures.

Basic English, 3 months in warehouse, and ability to lift 70–100 lbs are required; 18+ and drug-screen clearance are also expected. Overtime and full-time availability help meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• If Full-Time, ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick product up to 100 lbs and move within the warehouse.
• Perform duties across Warehouse Bulk, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping areas as needed.
• Unload trucks manually and palletize products; ensure safety protocols.
• Verify product accuracy and resolve discrepancies during receiving and returns.
• Ship orders: organize, stack, shrink-wrap, and load trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety culture.
